Beautiful place, lovely finish and decorated with taste. Well equipped kitchen, very clean and walking distance from an amazing park, city centre and restaurants.
The main bedroom bed was a bit creaky

Fully renovated to a very high, very modern standard. Excellent kitchen facilities, very clean and well appointed. Very helpful and friendly host, quick to reply to any queries.
Parking in the street outside the property is quite limited, so may have to park some distance away if no space is available.

Nous avions une épicerie proche ainsi que plusieurs choix de restaurants.
La cuisinette étaient très petite et avec très peu de vaisselles. La salle de bain étaient vieille. La distance de marche aux grandes maisons de Cognac était parfaite.
