La déco, l'emplacement du logement par rapport au centre, Cognac n'est pas une mégalopole mais ça nous a permit d'aller en ville à pied le soir. L'équipement du logement avec le nécessaire pour nous (sauf la clim)
La chaleur insoutenable les soirs où nous y étions. Même avec les fenêtres ouvertes, c'était atroce. Une clim ne serait pas exagérée. La pression des toilettes du rdc.
