Spotlessly clean, catered for everything even a games console for the kids to play on. Comfortable bed, I slept like a baby, fantastic view from the patio down to woolacombe beach.

Chalet very nice and comfy. Lots to do games books , dvd player, smart tv, good internet, sea views, outdoor seating. Complimentary milk, tea ,coffee, toilet rolls. Recliners, airfan. Kids bedroom lovely bunkbeds shelves for top bed.

Parking not available close and the parking that were the closest were always busy. We kept car in the reception car park. Had to walk down main rd to get to footpath into woolacombe, which wasnt ideal. Mosty drove to go places. Had to pay to park! we found 1hr free if you wanted to get something quick from shops. Accesibility to beach not good, mainly due to construction work.

The steps and no hand rails. My mum couldn’t come as she knew she would not be able to get down the steps. The advert never mentioned steps before I booked, only after. I messaged but got no response. We didn’t arrive until five days in so only had to endure two days of trying to get my disabled friend up a grass slope, which wasn’t happening. It took me 20 minutes to get her up 5 steps, not advisable really

This property was very modern had everything you needed including a games consul that we used on the colder evenings. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the decor and upto date appliances were fantastic.

Unfortunately it was damp and getting into bed at night you could feel the sheets and duvet were wet. During the day we tried to air the bed but you still felt the damp when you got into bed. There were instructions for everything but none for where the rubbish went so had to use the phone number given to ask.
