Parfait! À 1 mn de la plage, très près du Centre, calme, propre, confortable, bien équipé, communication excellente, je garde cette adresse et reviendrai sans hésiter !

Proximité avec les plages et les commerces
L’isolation phonique : gens qui montent l’escalier, douche, toilettes, sinon très silencieux malgré le restaurant en dessous. Mais cela ne m’a pas dérangé plus que ça , cela reste des bruits d’usage.

Conforme à la description. Bien équipé. Idéal pour quelques jours. Super bien situé.
Environnement calme mais isolation phonique à revoir. Nécessite une caution de 250€ obligatoire hors plate-forme booking. Pas forcément claire dans l’annonce

Sa proximité du bord de mer et des commerces. Bonne literie.
Mal isolé sur un plan thermique. Nous aurions apprécié que le chauffage soit allumé avant notre arrivée… La salle de bains est froide. Studio trop petit pour pouvoir y séjourner.
