Villa Fiorentino

The accommodation is like new, comfortable and has a gorgeous view of the hills. The pool is great and we liked the huge number of seating options in the surrounding garden for when the sun moves. The property comes with a beach umbrella at a very nice Lido where you can watch a gorgeous sunset and swim in pristine water. The food here is very good, especially the pizza and seafood.

The property is upstairs to the owners house. Didn’t bother us but something to note if you are looking for absolute privacy. The main shower leaked, the curtains need to be black out and the location of the property is next to a beautiful ex-dairy farm turned wedding venue which meant we were kept up till 2am on the Saturday night (the second night was completely quiet). I still believe it is a great place to stay if you are in the area as these things did not bother us too much.

The house was spectacular! Beautiful and well kept. A short walk to the beach and quick drive to family and old town. The property owners was very nice as well.

Very spacious, modern apt on the second floor of a large house. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & utensils. Large patio. Good secure parking. 2 bathrooms.

We had arranged to meet the owner at 15:00 to check in but no one showed up. We tried contacting the owner but got no reply. Finally at 17:30 we contacted Booking’s help line and explained we had not heard from the owner. Booking advised us to wait while they tried to contact the owner. 15 minutes later Booking advised us the owner was on their way to open the property. We got checked in at 18:15. One family member who lived on the first floor shared the main entry with our apt.. We found this setup quite strange. Even stranger, we were awakened after midnight by the family member who said we had locked him out!
