We were pleasantly surprised by this unique historical agricultural property in the countryside. Continental breakfast is served in the main manor and there is a lovely restaurant for dinner on the property, no reservations for guests required. All of the staff were friendly and gracious. We were there at Easter and were surprised to find that this property also serves as a venue for local events. As tourists, we were delighted to gain insight into local customs. Are the rooms slightly dated? A bit, but they were very clean with new bathrooms. We stayed in Room 11. If you need a break from touring cities, you can walk the property, play tennis or swim in the pools. Either way, this is one quiet, restful and relaxing stay.

Stunning property- you seriously felt like a princess in this castle. Tennis was great as were the walks around the property. The restaurant was also exceptional.
Unfortunately the bed was very saggy and uncomfortable.
