Regency Isle 802

Location was excellent. Very quiet and relaxed. Room was super clean and air conditioner worked great. Would stay again 100%.

Wish we could have checked in earlier, but we were in before 4 PM.

The place was nice with adequate space and a beautiful view. TV is in every room with a kitchen stocked with dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and a dishwasher with detergent. The jets in the tub were delightful. Unfortunately, it was too cold for the pool or the beach, but luckily, they had a nice little indoor pool. They definitely went out of the way to reach out and keep in contact and be ready to help with anything that was needed.

Not as clean as expected or hoped for upon arrival, dirty pans in the bottom drawer of the stove and dirty utensils in the drawer and little piles of sand or dirt in the corners of a couple of the rooms and some of the bed linens were stained but clean.

Pillows were flat. Sheets were not good quality. Batteries in door lock needed to be replaced. Had to stay in room all day till they came after several calls as we couldn’t lock door from outside.

The location and the view from the balcony. The pool. The covered parking . Great value.

Twin beds in 2nd bedroom , small tvs , no network connection on tvs for streaming. Plain decor. No special touches.
