The location was amazing of course, the shuttle pick-up from the train station was very convenient, check-in was smooth, staff was nice, the view and the terrace was beautiful, the waterfall close by was peaceful. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The barbecue was clean and it was easy to clean after using it.
Not that I didn't like it but this is after all a glamping so, do not expect a 5 star hotel comfort.

It was a highlight of our trip to Japan! It felt like a sweet escape to calmness and nature, like a day trip to a retreat in the mountains. Perfect way to spend a day without being rushed in crowded Tokyo. The stuff was nice and helpful! ❤️
PS Don’t forget to sign up for shuttle pick up from Kawaguchiko station. And visit the waterfall close to the glamping site 🌊
The view of mt. Fuji lessens any possible disadvantages of this place 🗻✨

The views and attention to detail of stay.
Would have been nice to have assigned spaces for parking. We came back twice and there were no spots, which we imagined some were filled with waterfall visitors.
