Mieszkanie czyste, wytłumione, dobrze ulokowane, parking publiczny blisko bloku, sklep (biedronka) bezpośrednio przy bloku, wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia w lokalu. Super łatwe i bezobsługowe zameldowanie.
Braki w przyrządach kuchennych, tylko jeden nóż, brak nożyczek, materac w łóżkach raczej dostosowany dla osób o niskiej wadze.

Bliska odległość do sklepu.
Stan mieszkania - wiele uszkodzeń. Łóżka strasznie niewygodne. Brak balkonu. Cudze włosy na ręcznikach. Piach i brud na podłodze części sypialnej. Prysznic ledwie działający. Polecam uważać na lewe drzwiczki prowadnica odpływa w siną dal. Ponadto tak w zasadzie to brak parkingu, przed budynkiem parking tylko dla klientów sklepu (ograniczony czasowo), a z boku budynku miejsca prywatne. Wiele małych mankamentów jak dziura ze zdjęcia. Dodatkowo brak korka w kuchennym zlewie oraz maskownica odpływu pod prysznicem była obok.
