The location was excellent, close to Ptak Expo. The hotel was very pleasant and relaxing, situated in a peaceful area with a lovely atmosphere. Both the interior and exterior were beautifully designed and well maintained. The beautiful lake outside, along with the seating deck, created a truly stunning and relaxing setting.
The staff did not speak English very well, except for the receptionist, so I assume the language barrier sometimes affected their politeness. However, my biggest issue was that our room was cleaned only once during our 5-day stay, and that happened only after we specifically requested it.
