Myślę, że drobne naprawy są konieczne
wspólna kuchniana parterze, nie jest to moim zdaniem dobre rozwiązanie. Na piętrach powinien być chociaż czajnik

We lived C1 room, the room was big, nice looking, big balcon, tv, clean bed sheets, old but clean towels, big private parking. Very nice owner.
The bathroom really need renovation, shower was broken - we had to thing how to wash hair, when water goes everywhere but not trough the shower head 😂😂😂 when you come after 700, the shower is most of important things - the owner should check it or not ignore it .
