Location! Stuff was nice .
I had to change the room . I have booked penthouse bedroom which is way more than regular room but the ceiling was too lower so we hit our head 😂😅 so we had to change. The shower was small . All the water was on the floor outside of shower room . So over all the valve was over rated i think . Wifi was so slow..

La stanza era pulita e calda. Colazione buona (però dalle ore 08:00, quindi contemporaneamente all'apertura degli impianti). Gran parte dello staff cordiale.
L'accoglienza di una delle persone dello staff che al nostro arrivo ci ha indicato il deposito bagagli posto al piano rialzato dalla balaustra del secondo piano, lamentandosi con un'altra persona dello staff che ci aveva già comunicato che la camera non era pronta (il deposito bagagli era stato concordato prima dell'arrivo, consapevoli dell'arrivo prima del check-in). Va inoltre segnalato che la salita per arrivare era in alcuni momenti della giornata ghiacciata ed i parcheggi sono pochi

Tutto a parte la colazione. direzione sgarbata e confusionaria .. le camere non sono assolutamente quelle descritte ,la camera ha solo un divano letto ,mentre il letto matrimoniale e' collocato in un sottotetto basso e angusto al quale si accede da una scala assai ripida ,il bagno è microscopico, il wc non è utilizzabile con il box doccia chiuso ...c'era polvere un po' ovunque ,la temperatura in camera era troppo bassa e il termostato riportava la scritta non toccare. in definitiva un soggiorno da non riproporre
