Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Apartament to tak naprawdę dwa osobne mieszkania. Jedno na piętrze z basenem (2 sypialnie, salon z kuchnią i łazienka) drugie wyżej z osobnym wejściem od klatki schodowej (2 sypialnie, salon z kuchnią i łazienka). Największym atutem mieszkania jest basen z kuchnią i łazienką na zewnątrz. Sprawne i bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Kontaktowa i pomocna właścicielka. Parking tuż przy obiekcie.
W ciągu dnia słońce nad basenem jest bardzo krótko w godzinach porannych, ale przy wysokiej temperaturze nie było to problemem.

Właścicielka to wspaniała osoba i służy pomocą. Apartament świetny, czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony i ma bardzo duża przestrzeń do spędzania czasu. Widok przepiękny.
