VILLA PARADISE is a modern villa located in Duće, just 120m from the sea, 2 km from Omiš. Very well equipped and luxury decorated with high standards, and we guarantee that you will enjoy all offered.
With a fantastic sea view from the whole property, you are also within walking distance from restaurants, shops, town, beach....all. There is a popular bar/pizzeria/restaurant, Shooko, set on the sand beach just 120 m from the villa that offers a lot at any time of day (you can see it in photos).
To your disposal is also the offer to have traditional Dalmatian meals prepared for you. Ask the owner to agree on terms.
Villa Paradise is part of a semi-detached house owned by two brothers, each offering a maximum of twelve people (10+2) and organized to have their privacy. It is set a little bit up the hill in a more peaceful area and is just 120 m from the most beautiful sand beach in this area.
Villa Paradise has a 32m2 heated pool with a smaller part for children. On the sun deck area, there are deck chairs, comfortable outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining table with chairs.
Villa Paradise has two floors, fully covered with Free WiFi, with five bedrooms, one playroom, and a total of 5 bathrooms + 2 toilets, it has several balconies and terraces, and your private billiards in the basement. It is fully fenced and has 3 garage spaces, and the pool area is discreetly fenced from view so you have your privacy.
Villa Paradise is fully furnished with 8 A/C units and heating throughout the entire house and bedrooms, a swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue next to the entrance, a TV, free fast Wi-Fi, and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.
Ground floor:
The main entrance places you into the spacious living area with an exit to the pool area and a view of the sea. In the living room, you have air conditioning, a TV, and a fireplace for postseason time. The living area is connected to the kitchen and dining area and is all very spacious. There is a pantry next to the kitchen and also a toilet on the ground floor. The large and beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, four-ring electric stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and silverware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave.
First floor:
Bedroom NO1 with double bed 180*200, and a full bathroom with shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No2).
Bedroom NO2 has two single beds 90*200 which can be connected as one double it has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No1).
Spacious playroom with 2 sofas that can be opened in additional beds, a TV, game console, and toys, a great place for children of all ages.
Second floor:
Bedroom NO3 with double bed 180*200, it has a full bathroom with shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No4).
Bedroom NO4 has two single beds 90*200 which can be connected as one double it has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No. 3).
Bedroom NO5 with double bed 180*200 has a full bathroom with bath (en-suite). Possibility of adding a baby cot in any room you choose.

Beautiful property
Even nicer than the photographs.
Great communication pre and during our stay.
So helpful in providing children’s cots and bedding.
The playroom is fantastic and the pool room great fun.
There is a great restaurant called Local nearby and a lovely local shop just 5 minutes away.
The beaches either left or right of Shikoku are fantastic for children.
We really had such a wonderful time from the moment we arrived and saw such an amazing table full of delicious food we knew we had booked a wonderful place to spend a week.

This is a fabulous property in a great location. The property was exactly as described and suited our group perfectly - all the bedrooms were of a high standard along with bathrooms. Outdoor areas and pool were great with loungers x 6 and plenty of pool towels.
The walk to nearby shops, restaurants and the beach was very short, although steep on the way back!
Definitely a property I would recommend and hopefully return to one day.

A great house for a family holiday from babies to grown ups, there was something for everyone. The location was great for walking out to the beach or a restaurant or to buy supplies to eat by the pool (or in the air conditioning!). The owners were quick to respond and provide all we needed. Thank you!
