About this villa rental
Villa Allegra is a luxurious villa situated in a unique location. Situated on a hill with a splendid view of the Adriatic Sea, the house with Mediterranean flair is a place with a lot of opportunities for recreation. The sea and beautiful sandy beach are only 300 m away from the villa, and the house is surrounded by green nature and offers amazing sea views.
The living area is fully air-conditioned, bright, cozy, and equipped with high standards.
The ground floor level offers you a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee maker...), and the TV area (with PlayStation5 and DVD) is an ideal retreat and leads directly to the spacious terrace with outdoor dining area with sea views, barbecue area as well as to the heated 32m2 swimming pool at a lower level with spacious sun deck area with 6 sun deck chairs.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor: Bedroom No.1 with double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a terrace with sea views, Bedroom No.2 with double bed and a terrace with sea views, Bedroom No.3 with 2 single beds; a family bathroom with a shower is also located at the bedroom level also.
There is a welcome buffet with Croatian prosciutto, cheese, snacks, wine, and drinks.
Access to all areas of the house is guaranteed at all times.
Parking spaces are available before the house entrance.
Ana and Goran Pekas are the landlords of the house and await you at all times and are at your disposal for any questions or concerns. The couple speaks German, Croatian, and English.

We have just returned from a lovely 10 days at Villa Allegra. This is a beautiful, well located villa which enjoys stunning views. The villa is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. A highlight was the outside seating area and pool which we all thoroughly enjoyed. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and local restaurants and there was lots to do in the area. There was easy and helpful communication with the hosts. We would highly recommend a stay at Villa Allegra.

A stunning villa with absolutely incredible views. The villa it self is perfect in every way, there were 4 of us staying for a week. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need. They are so attentive if required and the communication is immediate. If you haven’t been to Croatia, go, and this villa is amazing. To get the view you are on a hill side, we don’t have a car and walked everywhere. The supermarket and bakery are 15 mins, the gorgeous sandy beach is 10 mins and the old town of Omis about 20 mins. Taxi from Split was 60 euro each way for 4 with suitcases. The pool is a perfect size and has the sun from 6am til 6pm.Thank you Ana and Goran a superb week in your incredible place that we will remember forever.

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks stay at Villa Allegra. We were greeted by the lovely Ana who had laid out an amazing spread of local food and drink - which was grately appreciated after a long journey!We have never stayed anywhere which was so immaculate, with such a well stocked and equipped kitchen, with beautiful white bed linen and plentiful towels, with a exceptionally clean pool and outdoor area. The attention to detail is so impressive.Now to the view...., you have an almost completely uninterrupted panoramic view, which is breathtaking through the day and so beautiful with the twinkling lights of Omiš at night.There is a well stocked supermarket at the bottom of the hill (we had hired a car, so we didn’t have to ever do the walk back up, which I imagine would be hard work in the heat!) and there are numerous beaches to choose from. The town of Omiš provides a wide selection of restaurants and bars - we realised if you walk out of the back of the supermarket car park you can walk along the river into the old town, rather than along the main road.
