About this villa rental
Villa Allegra is a luxurious villa situated in a unique location. Situated on a hill with a splendid view of the Adriatic Sea, the house with Mediterranean flair is a place with a lot of opportunities for recreation. The sea and beautiful sandy beach are only 300 m away from the villa, and the house is surrounded by green nature and offers amazing sea views.
The living area is fully air-conditioned, bright, cozy, and equipped with high standards.
The ground floor level offers you a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee maker...), and the TV area (with PlayStation5 and DVD) is an ideal retreat and leads directly to the spacious terrace with outdoor dining area with sea views, barbecue area as well as to the heated 32m2 swimming pool at a lower level with spacious sun deck area with 6 sun deck chairs.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor: Bedroom No.1 with double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a terrace with sea views, Bedroom No.2 with double bed and a terrace with sea views, Bedroom No.3 with 2 single beds; a family bathroom with a shower is also located at the bedroom level also.
There is a welcome buffet with Croatian prosciutto, cheese, snacks, wine, and drinks.
Access to all areas of the house is guaranteed at all times.
Parking spaces are available before the house entrance.
Ana and Goran Pekas are the landlords of the house and await you at all times and are at your disposal for any questions or concerns. The couple speaks German, Croatian, and English.

We had a truly wonderful holiday and cannot recommend this villa highly enough.From the moment we booked, the hosts were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't have done more to help us, providing everything we needed and consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference.The villa itself is exceptional, beautifully presented, superbly equipped, and immaculately maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of everything we needed, and it genuinely felt like a home from home. The huge pool was a real highlight, and the jaw-dropping views from the terrace were simply breathtaking. We never tired of sitting outside and taking in the scenery.The location is equally impressive. It's just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach, with miles of beautiful coastal paths to explore. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the villa is perfectly situated for spectacular hikes and bike rides in the surrounding hills and mountains.Omiš itself is only a short stroll away and is a charming, historic town full of character, with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafés to enjoy.This was one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!

Ana and Goran’s property was absolutely stunning. The house was fully stocked, clean, beds were comfortable, it had laundry, free parking, a pool and had spectacular views!! They responded promptly to texts, had welcome treats on arrival and made check in very smooth. They made recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The location was excellent and easy to find. We definitely would recommend this property. Five star accommodation.

We have just returned from a lovely 10 days at Villa Allegra. This is a beautiful, well located villa which enjoys stunning views. The villa is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. A highlight was the outside seating area and pool which we all thoroughly enjoyed. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and local restaurants and there was lots to do in the area. There was easy and helpful communication with the hosts. We would highly recommend a stay at Villa Allegra.

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks stay at Villa Allegra. We were greeted by the lovely Ana who had laid out an amazing spread of local food and drink - which was grately appreciated after a long journey!We have never stayed anywhere which was so immaculate, with such a well stocked and equipped kitchen, with beautiful white bed linen and plentiful towels, with a exceptionally clean pool and outdoor area. The attention to detail is so impressive.Now to the view...., you have an almost completely uninterrupted panoramic view, which is breathtaking through the day and so beautiful with the twinkling lights of Omiš at night.There is a well stocked supermarket at the bottom of the hill (we had hired a car, so we didn’t have to ever do the walk back up, which I imagine would be hard work in the heat!) and there are numerous beaches to choose from. The town of Omiš provides a wide selection of restaurants and bars - we realised if you walk out of the back of the supermarket car park you can walk along the river into the old town, rather than along the main road.
