About this house rental
Start your next adventure and step into the newly built cabin in the woods of the Mount Pocono. Our picturesque 7-bedroom modernized cabin in the rolling landscape of Pocono, where you’ll be greeted with incredible amenities. Our carefully designed mountain retreat is the quintessential outdoor getaway, central to many of the adventures found in Pocono for up to 18 guests! Minimum Age to Rent is 21. Our home includes 7 beautiful bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. You can relax in our Master bedroom soaking tub after a long day of activities.
Note: Our bedroom six and seven are connecting rooms. These are two rooms connected by a locked adjoining door that can be opened by you and your fellow guests during your stay. Gusts must pass through bedroom seven to enter bedroom six. Both rooms also have separate entrance from outside via glass sliding door to enhance privacy.
The main living area includes modern furnishes, propane fireplace, full kitchen / dining area which is connected with outdoor deck via sliding door. This living room has 75-inch TV. Guests can enjoy complimentary Netflix .
We have another separate living area downstairs which includes BILLIARD Table and another 75 inch TV. Guests can enjoy complimentary Netflix. We have plenty of board / card games for kids to enjoy and PS4 attached with 55-inch TV for any age group to have fun with.
Our kitchen includes all appliances for everyday use with a modern stainless steel automatic trash can with odor-observing filter and lid lock and sensor :) The KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED.
We offer sheets, towels, shampoos, conditionings, body gel and so on.
In the back yard we have 35 ft. by 35 ft. concrete patio with brand new Hot Tub / Jacuzzi which can accommodate 7 adults at a time (Hot tub has a lounge chair), Outdoor sofa set, BBQ grill, a modern propane fire pit, and hammock where you can lay while enjoying back yard activities.
Our community offers PRIVATE LAKE which is a 2-minute drive, a 7 min walk and a 3-minute bike ride from the house. The lake is maintained well for individuals to swim and relax on white sand beach area.
According to our community rules and regulations, owners and visitors require to wear a Greenwood Acres WRISTBAND when visiting the amenities (Beach, Lake, Playgrounds).
Our community offers a children’s play area with swings just 2 minutes away from the house.
We have plenty of space to fit up to 8 cars.
Wawa, Dunkin’ Donuts, Supermarket, Liquor store, Asian restaurants, Chat and Chew diner, CVS and many more stores and dine areas are just two minutes away from the house.
Tesla Supercharger is 5 Minutes drive from the property.
Lake Sinca is a huge gorgeous lake which is less than a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive away from our home. This location combines the best of both worlds as you can enjoy a winter getaway, enjoying thrilling snow activities or a summer retreat by taking a quick dip by the lake.

We visited this property for a family reunion. There were activities for family of all ages both at the house and in the surrounding area. House had a lovely outdoor space with lounge chairs, a hot tub, and fire pit. House had essentials in the kitchen. Only downside was two shared bathrooms for that many people (the third bathroom is in the master suite). Would go back and stay again!

Rented the Aerie home for my son’s 10th birthday. After not being able to celebrate him properly since Covid this was in his in words the “Best Birthday ever bc of the home we stayed in.” Property was as described, spacious, clean, and fully stocked kitchen. My family and I enjoyed the stay, definitely recommend! Host was awesome, communicated with me every step of the way, from booking, to arrival, during as well as checkout.
Side note- If looking to enjoy winter sport activities would suggest booking ahead of time.

This place was amazing! From beginning to end. The host Tanya was so friendly and even called to see if we needed anything. The house was clean and so beautiful. The mattresses were so comfy all my guest kept raving about it! Overall this was the best experience I had in the Poconoes and the place is so big comfy and spacious! I would definitely recommend to book it asap!

We chose this home because of its location and its large size. It advertised as sleeping 18 (we were a family of 8 adults and 4 small children), a hot tub, a game room, king or queen beds in each bedroom and a queen bunk. Reviews were good. The outside picture of the home had a WOW! factor, always a plus when the getaway is with your kids. When we entered the home, we immediately went from excitement to disappointment. There was seating only for six people in the living room, and the furniture was of poor quality andthere were bare walls that needed painting or a touchup. Bare walls! There were no end tables or lamps. There was high-hat lighting with no dimmers. There were nine chairs at the kitchen table, three of which were cracked and unusableThere were four stools at the kitchen peninsula which were a different height from the dining room table so you couldn’t pull them over and use them. The downstairs game room had a couch for three people and stools around a game table. But neither the living room nor the game room had seating for all of us to watch a movie together, for instance. No bureaus in any the bedrooms, and no closet in the master You had to live out of your suitcase. No propane in the tank to cook burgers and dogs on Saturday night.So this home slept 18, but it was not a home for 12to enjoy themselves otherwise. Homeowner was contacted on arrival because of towels, and she gave us the code for the owners closet so that we could get what we needed..
