We enjoyed our stay at the cherry family escape. It was perfect for our group of 8. The game room was fun to hang out in as well as the patio with the fireplace.

Great location for walking into town Game room for kids is a plus. Able to get lots of heads in beds for larger groups. Four parking spaces on property is a plus. Ground floor bathroom could use a fan and better door lock. Kitchen is small for number of people able to stay at house. More living room and dining table seating would be better. Third shower in separate game room is awkward. Would prefer more privacy in backyard for dining/ fire pit gatherings

We rented this for a family wedding in Lake George. It was the best location possible for all the planned events on top of the close proximity to Lake George's Town shops, parks, restaurants, etc. we loved the game room for something fun to do and hang out. Wonderful communication with the management as well.

The location was nice for our weekend get-away but the house itself needs maintenance and updating. The beds were comfortable but the other furniture was very cheap and falling apart. At this price point the furnishings should be more sturdy. Many of the chairs could not be sat in because they were so wobbly. The coffee table was the bench for the dining table? I classify the furniture as build your own Walmart/Big Lots type, that can not take the wear and tear of a rental property. There were lamps and clocks on tables in the bedrooms not plugged in because there was no plug close enough to actually plug them in... Looks good in picture but not very functional.The game room was fun. It would be nice to have a table and chairs out there to play games and cards and move some of the recliners into the main house. The main house does need a good deep cleaning. A good sweep out, bathtub scrub and cobwebs cleaning. Overall I don't think we would stay again at this price. I believe the limited number of houses in the downtown area allow them to keep the price high without maintaining the quality.
