Welcome to LaceyView, a home where your five senses will encounter joy. Your experiences here will revolve around quality time, rest and relaxation with family and friends.
Please note..3 night minimum stay Mid-September to Mid-May.

Although the VRBO description says we are “one minute walk to the lake” it is an incorrect description. We do not have lake access. All lakefront properties in our area are private properties and we do not have access to the lake at all.
Our home will provide you with modern amenities including mesh wireless for wifi calling and downloading, along with Amazon TV, Netflix and Alexa Music Unlimited throughout the house. Connect with your inner spirit around the large backyard fire pit in the evenings while the kids gleefully roast marshmallows for s’mores and tell tall tales of the day’s events. Your cameras will be burning pictures as you watch how many hours the kids play around the pond catching frogs and tadpoles. Begin and end your evenings on the large screen porch, making and sharing memories, playing board games, mastering puzzles or, if you really want fun and laughs, download Heads Up on your smartphone and play with all the adults and children. This is an experience you and your young ones will never forget.
Weekend Rentals: We do rent weekends but have a 3 night minimum off season from mid-September through mid-May
Weekly Rentals: Summer months are Weekly Rentals only Saturday to Saturday (7 night Minimum)
The town of Queensbury has an ordinance allowing no more than 5 cars at our property.
**We do NOT have any lake access.
**We do NOT have a boat dock
***No boat docking available...we are NOT directly on the lake.
****Please note that due to lack of laundry services in the area, YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS, we provide pillows and blankets. Thank you!

The spirt of the Adirondacks lives in and around LaceyView. You will smell the clean, crisp, fresh air coming off the lake in the morning. You will see the beauty of Lake George and its majestic sunsets every evening which you will enjoy from the back deck, with a glass of wine, a cocktail or just absorbing the ambiance. Just a short walk north you will find the Sans Souci Restaurant which, for over 100 years, has been a favorite spot for generations of Cleverdale residents, families and friends. On your 1 mile walk south in the mornings you will find the Cleverdale Market, where fresh coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and great dinner food is served by Chef Megan and her husband, Jeff. You will probably make new friends on the walk either way. Bike ride? No problem! Stay on Cleverdale and visit its many streets and lanes and, before you know it, you will be clocking more miles in safety than you would at home.
We designed an open floorplan which will allow your family to relax and expand throughout the rooms, resulting in some amazing gatherings with long lasting memories. The barbecue, right off the main slider is available for all your extraordinary culinary delights common to the outdoors. Winter brings you cozy fires, hot chocolate or toddies and quiet reflections. If you enjoy reading, the upstairs loft is a favorite place for this peaceful pastime. The air hockey and foosball tables in the downstairs recreation room can result in some long and interesting rivalries during your stay.
The five bedrooms spaced throughout the house allow for comfort and privacy while surrounding you with Adirondack charm. Upstairs you will find a spacious master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom where you can relax in a jacuzzi tub after a long, fun-filled day. The main floor includes two bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. On the lower level, be prepared for family & friends to vie for either the Moosewood room, or the Bear’s Den, which has three beds... Goldilocks might have slept here!
Number of Guests: Due to the quality of our home, we have a Guest Limit of 12.

Perfect home base for our first family trip to Lake George. This was our first trip all together in a couple of years and Laceyview was fantastic. Plenty of room for 12 of us and such a gorgeous deck and backyard. Becky was super responsive to any questions that we had throughout the week. I would definitely recommend staying at Laceyview!

From the moment we stepped foot into this house it took us back to something that made us feel like we were back on Long Island in our own home. Everything from the views to the noises to the cleanliness, Bill and Becky went above and beyond making us feel like we are part of their family. We will be coming back here every year as long as we have a week reserved for us thank you guys again.

Just returned from our stay at Laceyview this morning. The house was absolutely beautiful. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The openess, all the light coming through the windows looking out toward the lake and the woodsy decor gave such a cozy feel. This was our first experience renting a vacation home and I was nervous we would feel like we were intruding. Not the case at all! Becky was awesome! She answered any questions we had very quickly and I was comforted knowing she was a call or text away if I had any questions or issues. This was a family trip with ages ranging from 2.5 to 79. My 2.5 year old had so much room to run around and burn energy inside and outside. We had a blast with the games and making smores around the fire. My mom was very happy relaxing on the deck in the sun, watching the lake. The house is in a very beautiful, quiet area. The only thing I will note for future renters - if visiting in the off season, call ahead to places you want to visit! There were multiple things we wanted to do or places we wanted to eat that were closed weekdays or had odd hours that were not clear on their websites. However, the house is so great that it wasn't a huge deal if we ended up back there instead. Also, be sure to go to Martha's for ice cream!! We had such a lovely experience the past five days that I don't yhink we'll ever stay in a hotel room again. Although...Becky's home may have spoiled us. Others will have big shoes to fill!!
