Even weeks before, Madyson was there for us, answering questions and arranging things! We needed a bigger dining table, check. We needed additional bedding for the futon, check. We asked for earlier check-in. No problem. We even asked if they could find us a live Christmas tree that we could decorate, and there it was, in a stand and watered, when we arrived.The house was perfect for our large gathered extended family! A beautifully equipped kitchen lacked nothing for the serious cooking we did every night. The beds were lovely! Washer&dryer were well-used, and better quality than we have at home!The entire experience was a delight! Thank you!

Our family got together in Lake George. We traveled from Maryland, New Jersey and Quebec to be together with our new great granddaughter (from Quebec). The house was perfect. It had 5 large bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. The house was so clean! We didn't mind our 9 month old crawling on the floor! They provided a high chair and baby bed for our baby. The house is spacious and they provided linens, towels, dishes and much more. It made us feel like we were "home". We have only good things to say about the place. This is a great place for families. The house is in walking distance of the lake. We will plan to return!

We had a wonderful stay in Lake George at Heron House. The house had the perfect floor plan for our extended family getaway. The location is close to town so we could walk every morning for coffee and breakfast at Caffe Vero. We had drinks at 163 Taproom and pizza from Giuseppe's. Part of our group skied Gore Mountain, which was 37 minutes from the house. The house is close to the road but for what we had planned, it did not affect our stay. For our late winter adventure it was perfect. We plan on visiting Lake George again in 2025!
