About this apartment rental
Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room and master bedroom both equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, 2 extremely comfortable twin sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful garden view- you'll hardly know that you are in the center of the city. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit.
We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!
The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'8".

Please wait for the garage gate to close completely (failure to wait will result in a $250 fine). The garage has a posted height limit. Vehicles taller than that limit must not enter the garage.
The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.
Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot always predict when maintenance events might occur.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.
For the month of March 2026 (and possibly April), the pool, hot tub and sauna will be closed for maintenance.

Party of 5- myself, my wife, twin 10 year-olds, my senior mom. Pros: Location wasn't bad, hills made it hard for senior person, but we could walk to a few restaurants and bakeries nearby. Unit was clean, balcony over courtyard was nice, kitchen had the basics and coffee, bathrooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable, linens decent quality. Cons: rugs on top of the carpet that won't lay flat are trip hazards- they need to go. The pullout sofa situation not good- we had to pull linens and items from 3 places, the pullout mattress is gross/flat and you have to inflate an air mattress to go on top (we were not expecting that) & hard to move the giant ottoman; the air mattress wouldn't stay inflated all night- they need to buy a new sofa mattress. The check in process was hard b/c the lady who was meeting us was SUPER NICE but cell service in the building is spotty and our texts to her were not going through. The worst issue was parking. We had a full size SUV rental and the parking spot was for a compact car. We COULD NOT FIT. We could barely make the three point turn to get out of the spot and full time residents of the building were yelling at us and our kids. Not a relaxing start to our trip. The check in lady felt so bad but she was so helpful- eventually she was able to secure us a larger parking spot in the garage. They need to have map/instructions on how to find the waterfront deck and where the recycling bins are located- right by the garage entrance for reference.
