About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of Seattle, our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has stunning water and city views, including a peek-a-boo view of the Space Needle! Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, and a smaller flat screen in the master- both equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 2 brand new king sized beds- one in each bedroom, a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room, and a memory foam folding floor mattress to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city and water views. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit.
We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 full bathrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!
The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'8".

Please wait for the garage gate to close completely (failure to wait will result in a $250 fine). The garage has a posted height limit. Vehicles taller than that limit must not enter the garage.
The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.
Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot always predict when maintenance events might occur.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.
For the month of March 2026 (and possibly April), the pool, hot tub and sauna will be closed for maintenance.

The property is as described however the kitchen was poorly stocked. Check-in, we initially thought, was a little weird with having to meet someone there rather just getting a code. However, it is necessary it turns out and not a big deal. The unit was street-facing and on the corner which was nice except for the concert going on caddy-corner one evening...but urban living. Location was great for accessing a lot of Seattle attractions, walked to the Space needle, Gardens, Starbuck's, Pike's Place, etc. all in one day. Overall, nice stay.

The condo was clean, nice amenities, great location with lots of good restaurants around. It was an easy walk to most of the sights we wanted to visit. I’m so glad we chose this one.

Don’t get me wrong this apartment was just beautiful. But to say I was scared living in this area is an understatement. Everytime we took our car or brought it in in the underground parking garage well there was always someone sitting there waiting to sneak in the garage so uncomfortable feeling, The streets are littered and I mean littered with homeless people and people begging for money especially in the ally up from this car park, I just wish I had got an apartment outside of the city, we live in Indianapolis one of the crime ridden cities in the USA, but this place beats it all never in my life I have been so scared in a vacation, This apartment should have a warning on where it is located perhaps people then would take my advice. You have to be very careful in this area and always have someone with you
