Looking for a vacation rental that is furnished and fully equipped for a comfortable 31-90 day stay? This condo is located a short distance to the beach (5 minutes), has 24/7 security and located within a gated community, has multiple pools and amenities to enjoy, a fully equipped kitchen and Smart TV and is comfortable for a family of 4. We are conveniently located between Los Angeles and San Diego and within an hour away from majority of popular Southern California attractions!

We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

House Rules

>Staying more than 2 months? We require a mid-stay clean ($165)
>Staying in the winter? If gas bill exceeds $150 guest responsible for remaining balance

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
