With 3 beds, 2 full baths, and a cozy den, there is ample space to relax after bike ride, people watching, or shopping day! Master bedroom is on the first floor with a beautifully updated bathroom inside. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the other side of the hallway is a 6 seated cozy couch in the private den, with a TV, overlooking the downstairs living room. That living room has a fancy 6-seater leather couch with an open layout to the updated kitchen and picnic table styled dining room. Walk out the dining room’s sliding glass doors onto the stone-floored backyard and relax alone or with a friend, on the wooden 2-seater swing.
