About this house rental

Fantastic Location. Less then a 5 minute walk to the beach, Main Street, stores and restaurants. Under two blocks to the beach, downtown, and Main Street. Walk to restaurants and bars. No need to worry about having to drive.

2 bedroom 1 bath house completely remodeled inside and out. New Central heat and air. Backyard with ample seating, bbq, and covered patio. New kitchen with designer appliances and quartz counters. One bedroom has a queen sized bed with mirrored closet doors, the second bedroom has two twin beds with mirrored closet doors The living room has a new couch with a pull out queen size bed and an additional leather couch. The dining area has that seats four and the outdoor dining area seats four with additional seating for 5 more. The back patio has barbeque and laundry the room has new front loading washer and dryer

Amazing location

I love Huntington Beach and you’d be hard pressed to find a better rental location. Two blocks from main. Two blocks from the beach. Beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and so much more. It really is a great find. Highly recommend

The location details were accurate, close to HB pier, and it was nice to have an assigned parking space close by. Our concerns were that the cleanliness was not up to standards. Especially the floors throughout the home. The floors needed a good cleaning. We found an insect in one of the beds and had to wash all the linens. Lastly, the ‘dishwashing soap’ in the kitchen area was watered down so much that we could not use it 🙁

The cottage was well equipped with everything you would need. It had been refurbished and kitchen and bath were like new. Comfortable beds. The location could not be better. 2 short blocks to PCH (ocean) and 1-2 blocks is downtown HB with all the shops and restaurants. Don't need a car. The owner and property manager were professional and attentive and very kind.

This was the perfect little beach cottage for our trip to HB. Two blocks off the beautiful beach and 2 blocks from Main Street. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house was very clean and provided all the basic necessities. We had a nice BBQ on the back patio with my brother and his family one evening. Very pleasant! We appreciated that there was an off-street parking slot available. Beach parking can be a challenge on some days -- and we did not have to worry. All in all a great place to stay!

2 blocks from Main St, 2 blocks from Pacific Coast Highway, 10 min walk to Huntington Beach pier. Dog friendly, and our 2 pups loved the fully enclosed back yard. Many restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is superb, you can't get any closer to everything in Huntington Beach for the value. Nice private entry area with a great patio out back that was nice to hang out on and grill. If you want a great place to stay in downtown close to the beach and stores this is the one. We stayed comfortably with 5 people.

This house is clean, remodeled, and in a perfect location with one parking space which is a huge plus given the location. Two short blocks to Main Street, pier, as well as the beach. Close to everything yet just far enough to miss the crowds. The back patio is perfect for bbq’ing and relaxing in the evening which we took full advantage of. We would definitely stay here again for another staycation.

The location of this property was awesome. Only couple blocks to the beach, boardwalk, and tons of shops and eateries. This property comes with 1 parking spot which is needed. Street parking is usually filled. We'll look forward to returning if it's available.

Cozy bungalow close to everything in HB. Well appointed and updated amenities - only complaint would be the slow internet reception. Really loved using the two cruiser bikes to ride the path down to Newport. Highly recommended - wish we had more than 5 days to really enjoy it more. Johanna and Don

We had a great time here. The location just couldn’t be better! The place was small, but cute and it had everything we needed. The beds and bathroom were nice and clean, but the patio and floors throughout the house were not. I communicated this with the owner, who worked to make it right for us. There is not a garage as listed in the amenities, but there was a parking spot which was so nice to have since street parking was limited. We used the beach chairs and the wagon that were provided- much appreciated! we had so much fun! We would definitely stay at this house again.

My wife and I were here on business/pleasure. It was a great location for both. So conveniently located to the beach, pier, and all the wonderful restaurants. If we had not had business to attend to we would have parked the car and not needed it for the entire stay. The home was perfect and welcoming. Great Wif and hundreds of TV stations. We had a great vacation. The house is in a good location 2 short blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants as well. This was not our first trip to Huntington and we preferred to drive up a little ways where the beach is not as crowded but still a great location and we would stay here again. The property was clean and updated. We are a family of three and it was the perfect size for us. The boogie boards provided made the beach a lot of fun for our daughter. There is one parking spot provided at the house next door. Street parking was usually full since it is so close to everything.

Bungalow is nicely decorated and renovated inside. everything is provided, lots of extra towels, linens kitchen utensils etc. Only downside were minor issues. the front door latch is difficult at times, have to push it down, then up to get it to open. feels like lockbolt is not operating properly. when inside main living area, people on sidewalk walk by, right at your window level and they all look in. feels like your in an aquarium, so best to keep the shades down, or be on display to the passersby. and they are, Right There. the outdoor spaces, both front and back were not cleaned and were dusty, dirty and full of cobwebs. not very relaxing. the only bathroom has a very poor layout with the toilet crammed in next to the door, making it less than perfectly private when you use it. There is a nice large tv in the main area and another in the second bedroom, but there is no cable, so you can only choose to stream different stuff, with limited choice. We like to watch local news in the morning, and we missed that. For the price, we were happy with it. but we spent our time at the beach, not in the bungalow. It was clean, and host was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this holiday house. It is beautifully furnished and really close to the beach so very convenient. There were boogie boards available which our kids really enjoyed. The rest of the house is equipped with everything you could ever need. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.

We truly enjoyed out stay here. The home itself had everything we could possibly need including a grill, eating area outside in the back and bikes. The location of the home is spot on! We were walking distance to the beach and Main Street which was perfect. We will look at staying here again if we are able to return to Huntington Beach! Thank you!!!
