The living area features a comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed with crisp linens, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a cozy seating area where you can unwind after a long day at the beach.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals during your stay, including a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Enjoy your meals at the high top dining table or take them outside to Front beach where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean views.
The studio also features a clean and NEW modern bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Quaint neighborhood just steps to the village of Rockport. Enjoy the ocean view just outside the front door.
The MBTA train station is a ten minute walk from our studio. There is on street overnight parking on King Street as well as off of King on side streets there is also a paid lot near by.
Short walk to Commuter Rail where you can visit Salem, Newburyport or Boston for the day.
Please respect the Studio by the Sea... and kindly leave things like you found them. The sheets should be stripped from the bed and left in the laundry basket along with dirty towels. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the studio.

I originally booked the studio apartment managed by the proprietresses but was informed about a scheduling error a few days prior to my trip and was consequently given a complimentary upgrade to an entire home adjacent to the studio - same location, same check-in process, just more space! My boyfriend and I loved staying in the home and would absolutely stay again while bringing 6 additional people along, it's that spacious. Amazing location in Rockport with access to numerous amenities in the home to maximize comfort.

It was very close to the beach and that was the most important for us. The studio is a bit small for two but very clean and the location is perfect because we can walk to all the boutiques and restaurants without taking the car.

The space was very, very small but it met our needs for the most part. It was very difficult to find a television show in the evening that didn't require a subscription(no instructions were left in the rental) When the bed was down it was impossible to get into the kitchen. Inconvenient. The neighbors were kind & friendly. Location was great.

Across the street from the beach. Short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Peaceful location. Clean, comfortable rental for 1-2 people. Have stayed here several several times.
