Very great air conditioning considering it was so hot outside. Perfect for a family to share.

We traveled mid June and it was very hot. The apartment had AC units in 2 of the 3 bedroom. The bedroom without the AC was warm but it got a little cooler the next day. This is not a luxury apartment, but it was decent if you are only looking for a place to sleep for 6 people.
The location is not as close as I expected to the Vatican or the Trevi fountain (had to catch an uber to both locations) , but the St. Peter Basilica was less than a 10 mins walk.

Beds were ok, toilet amenities were good, nespresso coffee capsules were left over and a bottle of spumante too. Nearby there is a Pam shop where you can buy food and others. The washing machine was working well. Good location if you plan to visit the Vatican. The parking for the car was very convenient, not far from the apartment and quite safe.
Very bad isolation, we could hear the discussion of the neighbours and the bedroom was very noisy in the morning with birds walking on the roof. The living room has a small 3 seater sofa not in front of the tv, therefore not very convenient to watch tv. The dishwasher was not yet installed.
