Estaba bastante limpio y tenía lo necesario para la estancia
Estaba bastante viejo, la puerta solo cerraba con la llave y la ventana que tenía la puerta siempre se quedaba abierta, por lo que la calefacción, que solo estaba en la entrada, no terminaba de calentar
