Cosy house in the heart of Niksic

Cosy, clean room in a beautiful, old house. The host was very friendly and welcoming - he gave us lots of recommendations and even some liquor his mother had made one night. Perfect location just a short walk from the buses, trains and the centre of Niksic. It was a great base!

It wasn’t clear on the booking but there is no communal kitchen. However there is a hotplate in the room to make coffees and fridge guests can use, and the host said we could borrow any bits for light cooking. The shared bathroom has a very low ceiling as it’s in the attic. I am 5”7 and I had to kneel to shower. Hot water ran out pretty quickly and not all the rooms occupied so get in quick 🤣

I wouldn’t recommend to stay only one night if passing. The town of Niksic doesn’t have much interesting going on and we

It was walkable to the center and to shops and we could park motorbike securely. Good to have at least sink and some cooking facility in the room

The house itself stank of smoke in the morning. Dogs barking in the area made it hard to sleep the first night (not owners fault). The room was lacking some table with chairs (there was sofa + armchair and tiny coffee table) where you can eat or work and kitchen had only 2 bowls and 2 forks and one knife…not quite good enough if we need to eat there or spend prolonged time indoors due to weather for example. Bathroom is separate which wasn’t big deal. Bathroom sink has a tap that goes off automatically and last extremely short time so glad we could use sink in our room. The area itself was very run down and messy. The house was fine, again nothing to do with the owner who was helpful when we asked anything.

Cosy, clean, accommodation for a very reasonable price.

The location, which is quite close to the bus station, was great for me, as I was just staying the and then travelling on. The bed was comfortable, as were the sheets and pillows. The general feeling of the house was very cosy. The hosts were very nice too, they basically gave me an umbrella, which was very kind. Would recommend while staying in Nikšić. :)

Nice central located place

The owner is very friendly and helpful, rooms are exactly how they look on the pictures, you are not directly on the loud street but still close to the city center. Nice garden in front. A balcony with a view on the castle. Bureks close to the location, bus station 5 min walking, everything clean and neat. Owner put even a portable AC and a little kitchen plate in the apartment, he will give you anything you need. 10/10

Не очень уютно. В ванной комнате скошенная крыша, я не могла выпрямиться в полный рост. Отсутствие шторки в ванной и совмещённые санузел, учитывая то, что он общий. Наличие плитки в номере как замена кухни - не очень удобно.

Akzeptable Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss

Die Lage ist Top, nicht weit vom Busbahnhof und Bahnhof, und nicht weit zum Marktplatz. Tipps vom Vermieter für diverse Restaurants waren auch sehr viel wert

Meine Wohnung befand sich im Erdgeschoss, Eingang um das Haus hinten. Die Wohnung (Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Bad mit Dusche, Schlafzimmer) ist doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel sind recht alt, könnten auch vom Sperrmüll kommen. Auch die gestrichene Farbe für die Wände rosa ist jetzt nicht meine Farbe. Toilette mit Dusche sehr klein und eng.

Ruhiges Appartment, um sich auszuruhen. Trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr proaktiv um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Hat tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten und Einkäufe in der Nähe gegeben. Hat sich sofort darum gekümmert, eine Reparatur vorzunehmen, als ich ihn darüber informiert habe. Sehr ruhiges Apartment, mit privatem Eingang, wo man für sich sein und sich gut ausruhen kann. Zentral gelegen, zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten bei Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkten sowie Busstation und Bahnhof.

Nur kaltes Wasser in der Küche und auch in der Dusche nicht richtig warm. Die Toilette hätte sauberer sein dürfen.

Svratili smo u niksic na povratku sa primorlja da se odmorimo i ohladimo . Ova kuca se ispostavila kao idealno mesto za to . Naspavali smo se i odmorili . Produzili smo smestaj za jos jedan dan jer nam je prijao boravak u mirnom ambijentu kuce i celog grada . Kuca je sama po sebi lepa i bogata sadrzajima sa dvoristem i okolinom. U sklopu kuce je i salon lepote , parking sa video-nadzorom , a pored je autoperionica prodavnica i brza hrana . Blizu je i autobuska stanica , a kuca se nalazi u samom centru na 50 metara od gradskog trga . Osoblje je preljubazno i prihvatili su nas kao svoje , ponudili nas svim i svacim . Zamolili smo ih da nam operu ves sto su rado uradili cak su nas pocastili i rodjendanskom tortom koju su pravili taj dan .Soba ima sve potrebne sadrzaje , duseci udobni , kaze domacin da su novi . Prisutni su i dva ventilatora mada nama nije trebao .

Когда мы рассматривали варианты для пересадки на один день у нас не было никаких ожиданий, потому что мы приезжали вечером, а уезжали на следующий день утром, выбрали этот вариант, потому что он находился возле автовокзала и близко к центру, в удобном месте. Когда мы приехали, подошли к дому, внутри нас встретил Иван, его семья живет на первом этаже, а комната находилась на втором, там же гостевой туалет и ванна. Все в хорошем состоянии и везде было чисто. Комната была просторной и удобной, стояли кровать, диван, кресло и даже небольшая кухня с холодильником и плитой, а с балкона открывался вид на историческую крепость поблизости. Обстановка в доме была спокойная и приятная, поражает близость к центру, несмотря на то, что ты живешь в доме, на сколько все в шаговой доступности. Вечером мы сходили поужинать в ресторан Кастел по рекомендации Ивана, там было очень вкусно. Иван спасибо, нам все понравилось, у вас замечательный и красивый дом.
