Very pleasant and professional girl at the reception, ladies from housekeeping as well, always smiling and very talkative. Great job, bravo 👏
We asked for cot for our baby, and they have only one for hole hotel and that one was reserved, as wall no additional beds for small baby, very very unprofessional...
As wall breakfast was awful, no menu presented, no croissants, no fruit plates,no cereals, no buffet table, even waiter do not let us sit outside in garden.
Extremely unprofessional waiter serving breakfast, very bad attitude,creepy,horrible service.
Hopefully management will do something with this issue, the worst service in my lifetime.
