About this cabin rental
NEWLY renovated cottage located right off I-44 near Joplin, MO. Surrounded by wooded area and nice pond with lots of fish and a beautiful fountain. Managers are on-site with 24/7 access. We have space for friends of campers - RV spots available on site
Cottage is located inside Ballard's RV Campground. Pull into the park & the cabin is the building on the right past the playground area. There is a two-car driveway in front of the cottage with more spaces to park near the front entrance.

Super easy to find, good accommodations, fit for one or a small group. Only cons were that the futon is comfy as a couch, maybe not a bed; and the kitchen doesn't have an oven or toaster.Would absolutely book again or even look at the other properties at the site!

The campground that the cabin is located in is very pretty with trees everywhere. The grounds has a lot of things for the kids to do and is very easy to get to. The cabin itself is right as you pull in to the campground and has a nice driveway to park. The cabin is so cute and well maintained. Perfect for a couple visiting the town or looking to relax. The owners are so attentive and answer very quickly and are always friendly.

Small but nice and clean. Could use more bowls and spoons. Didn't use the hot tub and deck, so can't review them. Would recommend staying here.

My husband and our two small children stayed overnight here. It was the cutest place. Small, but exactly what we needed for the 4 of us. We will likely stay again here next fall when we come back!
