The Cardinal: The Downtown Dream Sleeps 13!

Management is easy to work with and communicates well.

Older home but has some nice updates. Worked well for our ladies church group who were there for a women's conference. Beds were comfortable but sofa sleepers were not as comfortable-worked for the one night we were there. Instructions and communication with owner was outstanding.

Over all we liked our stay. Parking isn’t great we had no parking our first night due to other guests at the attached properties which made unloading our kids and luggage difficult having parked down the street. Home could use a few updates but overall appeared clean and worked for our needs

Well, our group of six has stayed in many VRBO’s and each of us were not impressed here. Such as: ground coffee in an opened container so anything may have been in it. No keurig or pods which is the safe option. No shower gel or shampoo in the 1st floor shower and no niche to sit our own, used the floor. Plus the electric light switch is at the glass shower door-dangerous!The yard had not been mowed, lots of weeds and brush every where. Entry is via an alley and Parking was not across the street, it was two houses down in a church parking lot. The sofa bed mattress’s were extremely uncomfortable and advertised for two people each bed. The mattress covers were dirty and stained. The sofa itself is old and dingy dirty looking, needs sprucing up. We did feel safe, easy entry.
