Finely furnished apartment located in a residential complex with communal swimming pool and private patio, in Toscolano Maderno.



The apartment, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests onto the bright living room fitted with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, a TV and an open plan kitchen equipped with all facilities, including a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster. From here, a wide French-door gives access to the private patio provided with a dining table and two beach chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days in the open air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first one comes with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, while the second one features a bunk bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the layout. Guests will benefit from amenities such as the air conditioning in every room, the heat pump and the free wi-fi, perfect for working from home.



*A common pool is located in the outdoor area of the building and is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.



Guests will benefit from a garage inside the prperty (measurements: 6x2.50m, height 2.15m).

Toscolano and Maderno, both the homeland of fishermen and famous for its paper mills, offer two welcoming gulfs ideal for lovers of sailing, fishing and all water sports, without forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.

Maderno praises a large and well-served beach that organizes parties and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Equestrian Field, such as regattas and trophies with music and dances of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano, the Museum of Paper, which is located in the beautiful “Valle delle Cartiere”, therefore an opportunity to make a cultural visit also a naturalistic excursion.



The apartment can be reached by the close Airport of Verona (VRN) with a 70-minute drive.
