Apartament jest przestronny i posiada dwa piękne tarasy z widokiem na jezioro oraz góry. Czystość na wysokim poziomie. Świetna lokalizacja kilkadziesiąt metrów od jeziora. Dużym udogodnieniem jest prywatny parking.
Ogromnym minusem w okresie letnim jest brak klimatyzacji. Przy temperaturach zewnętrznych rzędu 35 stopni wewnątrz apartamentu temperatura wynosiła 31 stopni a w nocy spadała do 28 stopni. Dla nas było to nie do wytrzymania ale jeśli to komuś nie przeszkadza i lubi się wygrzać to minusów apartament nie posiada.
