Two-bedroom apartment in a residential complex with swimming pool in Toscolano Maderno, on the shores of Lake Garda.
The apartment, furnished with exposed wooden beams, welcomes guests with the living room equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV and fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, oven, juicer, coffee machine and toaster.
The property continues with the master bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV and the bathroom with sink, shower, bidet and toilet.
An internal staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is the second bedroom with a double sofa bed, wardrobe and flat screen TV.
*The swimming pool with sun loungers can be used from 1st May to 30th September and has large common green areas.

Toscolano and Maderno, both the homeland of fishermen and famous for its paper mills, offer two welcoming gulfs ideal for lovers of sailing, fishing and all water sports, without forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.
Maderno praises a large and well-served beach that organizes parties and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Equestrian Field, such as regattas and trophies with music and dances of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano, the Museum of Paper, which is located in the beautiful “Valle delle Cartiere”, therefore an opportunity to make a cultural visit also a naturalistic excursion

Lejligheden fremstår som noget slidt og ikke særlig godt rengjort. Selve komplekset er super hyggelig og med en god sydlandsk stemning. Poolen er fremragende og pool området er hyggeligt. Der er kort gåafstand til stranden hvilket er super dejligt. Byen er til den stille side men udvalget af restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder er ok.
Helt klart Et besøg værd.

Der Schlüssel muss in einem Büro
(bei Abholung 1 Stunde Wartezeit, nach 11 Stunden Fahrt) 30km entfernt von der eigentlichen Ferienwohnung abgeholt werden. Die Wohnung war saudreckig, zum Teil war das Geschirr nicht sauber und das Besteck unvollständig.
Der Kühlschrank und die Küchenschränke waren dreckig und überall eine dicke Staubschicht.
