RENTER BEWARE!!!!

There is absolutely nothing to like about the property.

First, the property is misrepresented as part of the Rosemary Beach Community. That is a false statement. It is a 20 minute walk to Rosemary Beach proper from this property. Our GPS could not find the address because the unit is located in Inlet Beach, Florida on 30A. There is a shuttle that crosses 30A, up two long blocks from this property. However, it does not accommodate this property because, they do not have a contract with this property. You have to walk up the two long blocks then cross over to access the gated entrance to the beach. You need to continue to walk out to the steep staircase that leads down to the beach. The property is unacceptable, both inside the unit and outside. The pool is dirty. One pool gate is broken. It does not accept the code because it improperly opens and closes. We wondered why the gate was left open. The bathrooms at the pool are not cleaned and smell. The Board of Health should immediately have the HotTub/ Spa closed. It is dirty with mold all around the inside walls. The elevator is dirty and smelly. Trash room is insect infested and smells horrible. The unit (#206) has a dirty carpet and the odor is unbearable. The carpet at the kitchen sink is also filthy and needs to be thrown away. Don’t dare walk barefoot in the unit. Floors are filthy. Took a paper towel to wipe up some water that dripped on the floor and the towel was BLACK. Mattress is horrible. Bed sinks in the middle. Should I go on.!!! We were advised to call the Management Company with any concerns. We did call them and were told that the outside issues are HOA issues. So this Management Company represents this unit and property which is appalling. Just collect the $$$$$ from suckers.

A great location

It’s not about the property, the bed mattress was terrible. It sunk in the middle and was very soft. The little carpet under the sink was dirty and should be replaced with a rubber mat. The area carpet under the bed was getting dirty and not needed a clean floor is much better.

It was a nice visit, 4 days was enough time for us

The unit was clean and supplied with very basic necessities. We would have appreciated a box of tissues, a second roll of toilet paper, a second trash bag and a larger bar of soap. The beach area we were allowed to go to was extremely small. The mattress was very uncomfortable .We did appreciate that the unit was clean.

Nothing really, it was a great little condo for the week! Very convenient to restaurants and shops! The only thing I would say is the beach access is very very crowded.

The location is perfect for walking to the town of Rosemary Beach and to the beach itself.

Believe a binder with some information might be useful for guest. Information about places to eat with reservation numbers, the sundries shop for items needed which also served breakfast/lunch, the wine store, etc.....

Perfect location and great price!

Great location in Rosemary Beach, booked last minute during Christmas Holidays to stay over New Year's into first week of January.

Condo has a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, and drip coffee maching, but no stove top.

This is a beautiful place in a great location. Whoever was managing, our rental failed poorly.

we had difficulty opening the door. The door lock was broke so the code didn’t work. Our first two days we had to call the number each time to get into the room. We had to wait up to 20 minutes each time. The key that was left there did not work on the door. We were not told about private access to the beach until our last day there.
