You can't beat the location and price of this newly decorated studio! This condo includes a king size bed and futon able to sleep a teenager or two small children. Full bath with shower/tub combo, kitchenette, 60"TV, and patio overlooking the pool and hot tub. The Inn at Seacrest Beach is located on Scenic Hwy 30A , within walking or biking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach with plenty of restaurants and shopping. You never have to use your car once you are here. Private beach access is only a short walk (5-7 minutes). If you're looking for a relaxing ,comfortable, and affordable vacation look no further. Includes two beach cruisers and two backpack beach chairs and umbrella.

This was a great property for a short trip for my wife and I! The location is great— truly right in between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach which made it easy to check out both areas. We also had access to two bikes which we used frequently! Jennifer was very responsive and very kind! She even allowed us to check in early and check out late because of our flight schedule. That was so helpful! It's a small condo, but in a place like Rosemary Beach, you're spending most of your time out anyway— so it was perfect for what we needed it for. The pool access that you have is really nice too— it's right out your back door! The pool was a tad dirty when we were there, but other than that, this was a perfect stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a small, affordable condo in Rosemary!

The place was exactly what we expected and all that we needed. Great location between Alys Beach and Rosemary. We walked, ran and rode bikes all over the communities. Having the bikes included was so nice. We didn’t use the beach gear because we had our own but I can see where it would be helpful if flying in and can’t bring your own. We especially liked our porch and liked being on the first floor. Jennifer was great with communication and was quick to respond. I can tell she takes great pride in her place.

I loved staying here over the Fourth of July holiday. It was a very nice place! A few things in particular that I loved: 1. The shower water pressure was amazing! 2. The bed was comfortable 3. The kitchen counter came out a little bit at the end which was a nice touch 4. There were beach chairs and very nice umbrella that we got to use when we went to the beach 5. Access to the beach a few blocks away I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others! Thanks for a great stay!

While this place was small, it felt cozy and clean and perfect for a weekend trip!! The location was one of our favorite spots we have ever stayed as it was quiet, close to both Alys and Rosemary, and had easy beach access!

Studio unit was just as described. Excellent location in the heart of Alys and Rosemary Beaches. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great. Bikes included with rental were a plus. Enjoyed sitting in the outside chairs in the sun. We had a bit of bad weather during our stay but we made the best of it and Jennifer was a great host and helped us out along the way. Highly recommend this unit and would come back again.

I really loved the location of Jennifer’s place. It is practically in Alys Beach and a very short walk to Rosemary Beach. My husband and I enjoyed biking and walking through the gorgeous towns throughout our stay. Jennifer was a great host and was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

What a nice spot, Did not use the bikes as we bought our car Everything was close that we needed including the beach which I needed immensely, On a side note the pool was a little dirty with bugs and what ever was falling from the Palm trees but they did come and clean it 3 days later Overall had a great time would definitely recommend

My daughter and I had a wonderful time! It was our first time to the 30A area. The place and location was perfect for the two of us! We loved riding the bikes and going to the shops and restaurants. The beach was really close too. You don’t have to drive your car if you don’t want to. The scenery is beautiful!

We only needed a place to sleep as we went to the beach, to be at the.. beach! It was clean and exactly as advertised. Chairs and bikes a great bonus as well! Kids loved the pool right off of the patio. We will go back for sure!

Very nice, close to beach and restaurants. Ground level with a handicapped parking space which was great is with mobility issues. Downsides are it’s VERY small-nowhere to cook and nowhere to put your luggage- and the bed really needs a new mattress-lumpy and soft. I did notify the host that we had to rotate the mattress in order to sleep on it. Hopefully it will get replaced before someone else stays there.

Great ground floor condo right by the hot tub and great location on 30A. Loved having private beach access and the bikes to ride around. The only thing I would say, was the bed was a little too soft, but I realize that is mostly just a preference thing. We had a great time and would totally recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! Overall, it was very clean. Jennifer was super communicative as well! The condo building has a good pool. Having beach access, beach chairs and a beach umbrella was very very convenient. My husband and I stayed here with our 3 month old, and it was definitely cramped. We had a feeling it would be, and that’s on us, but I would just forewarn anyone that you really cannot comfortably* sleep more than 2 people in this room. I would not recommend this for any group size larger than 2. If it would have been just my husband and me, the space would have been much more manageable! We wish we could have used the bikes- another great perk of this rental!! The location is great being so close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants in Alys and Rosemary.

We (my husband and I) are so happy we stayed at this lovely condo. It was walking distance to everything (I’m pregnant and still felt everything was easily walkable). The pool at the condo was great. We just needed a place for a short getaway and we found this to be just the ticket. The location is so convenient and within walking distance to everything you need. Beautiful area and we found the property as described and even closer to the pool than we thought. Host was great at communicating and we will maybe go back in the future. Great experience!
