We didn’t receive the email with the check-in information The check-in time, at 4pm is too late for one night staying with check out at 10am. It results a bit expensive less than 24hour- staying The WC flushing didn’t work properly

Good

The apartment is beautiful and very well situated. Self check in was well explained and easy. The air conditioner just blew the hot air around the room and no one was able to sleep the first night. The staff was unable to fix it before we left but brought us two portable fans which helped.

Fair apartment but needs to be cleaner and made more comfortable.

Central location and great to have a washing machine.

Unfortunately the one air conditioning unit in the apartment didn’t work and as it was hot, the building and unit were very warm. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The mattress is foam and very hard. It wasn’t comfortable to sleep on and was very hot. There was only one pillow on the bed. The extra one in the cupboard had no pillow case and looked very old. The hot water didn’t work the majority of the time so it meant cold showers with the water pressure very poor. We are a slight build and with the bath tub being extremely narrow it meant you had to stand sideways in the bath. The water went on the floor. Despite two texted from the managing agent to say they would call we didn’t hear from them.

Great apartment, close to all amenities and spotlessly clean

The accommodation, was spotlessly clean, the large bed was very comfortable. Everything you could need for an enjoyable stay is provided. Host was very friendly and made contact to ensure everything was ok. Excellent location very close to everything. Plenty of restaurants Easy to follow instructions provided by the host to collect keys. Can’t wait to return 😀

Location was great. Management was responsive and checked to see everything was okay. We enjoyed the small balconies. The building was pretty quiet

Although the apartment was freshly painted and adequately furnished, it seemed like some of the building's systems were aging. We had some difficulty with the locks, which seemed to need some finesse to get doors open. Hot water for showers usually turned cold within a few minutes. Although there were an abundance of light switches, they generally didn't turn on lights. There seemed to be inadequate lighting in the bedroom and we would have appreciated a small bedside table. Finally, as we are architects in the U.S., we observed that the building seemed to have only one set of poorly-lit, open stairs leading to the two exits (at ground and 3rd floors). We are not familiar with building codes and construction practices in Italy, but we could imagine a situation in which the corridor and stairwells would fill with smoke during a fire and there would be no alternative exit. Perhaps this is common practice in these buildings

very good location, 5 minute to the beach and to the street with a lot of restaurant! in the flat you could find all what you need during your stay also we ask for a early check in and they was very grateful for did it for us. for sure recommend this place

Carino

La posizione centralissima e l’ascensore su due piani che permette di visitare la città sia nella parte alta che sul lungomare. L’appartamento piacevole e comodo.

L’edificio in cui si trova è molto vecchio e non molto belle esteticamente. C’è da dire che il paese di Camogli ha palazzi storici piuttosto vecchi. L’ingresso è un po’ triste e in appartamento mancano delle prese, il letto è molto e scomodo sopratutto in tre (non forniscono letto culla per bimbi). Inoltre la testiera è pericolosa sé si dorme con il bambino. Non c’è il seggiolone. (Se si accettano i bambini sotto i due anni bisogna anche rendere loro la possibilità di farlo sedere o farlo dormire! Non c’è la macchina del caffè. C’è solo un solo adattatore per phon e bollitore. Non ci sono i comodini e le prese per il telefono vicino al letto. Non ci sono tovagliette per cenare o per colazione. La doccia/vasca non ha un anta che trattiene l’acqua. Non forniscono salviette per il bambino ma solo per gli adulti.

Buonissima posizione la casa avrebbe bisogno un po di cura

Check in troppo impegnativo, richiede una video chiamata con il host a compilazione lunga dei moduli. Sotto il letto era molto sporco, il vetro della doccia non ferma l’acqua e si allaga tutto il bagno, abat-jour in sala non funziona, luci in cucina sotto i mobiletti non funziona, rubinetto dell’acqua in cucina e otturato dal calcare e di conseguenza l’acqua “spara” ovunque.

Está bien para pasar unos días

Muy buena ubicación y estaba limpia. La cocina estaba bien y el apartamento tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días. Nosotros pasamos 3 noches.

Tenía algunas cosas que mejorar: -Luz de extractor no funcionaba. -El agua de la ducha sale por debajo de la mampara, se puede arreglar con una goma. Recomendable separar luz d la cocina de la de la sala/comedor. El check in es demasiado complejo en comparación con otros apartamentos. Demasiadas veces de confirmar información de todos los huespedes. La keybox está en un sitio diferente a la casa y la información del chekc in no te la envían hasta el día d entrada. Deberían de enviarlo antes.

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Camogli ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen.

Der Empfang war unerfreulich. Sehr lange Anweisungen zu einer Schlüsselbox, dann ist doch eine direkte Übergabe notwendig. In welcher der sechs Etagen des Gebäudes die Wohnung ist, erfährt man nicht. Die Kommunikation ist sehr direktiv ( you have to …) die Wohnung voller Zettel mit Anweisungen, etliche mehrfach, man fühlt sich nicht als Gast.

Consigliata come appoggio per visitare la splendida Camogli e tutta la zona!

L’appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda e ha un parcheggio pubblico davanti al portone del palazzo. Sono presenti tutti i comfort: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata. Comoda la keybox. Il proprietario risponde per messaggio ad ogni bisogno. Letto molto comodo.

Pulizia un po’ approssimativa, sopratutto in cucina e bagno. Consiglio di aggiungere dei piccoli comodini e delle prese di fianco al letto. Insonorizzazione completamente assente.
