Good location and easy to access. The apartment was really nice and had everything you needed. Everything worked properly, and it was clean and well maintained.

Upon arrival, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment, despite it being a non-smoking apartment. The air conditioning was quite noisy, but it was manageable, and a repair technician was already on the way, so the issue was being addressed. Unfortunately, the service from the staff was less impressive. Check-in was quite late at 5 PM, although we were eventually able to check in at 4:30 PM. We had also extended our stay by one night with a separate booking and confirmed with the reception upon arrival that this would not cause any issues. However, at 9:55 PM on our final night, the reception called and, in a rather accusatory tone, claimed that I had not shown up for my reservation and had five minutes to arrive. I had to explain several times that we were already staying in the apartment and that I had previously discussed the situation with one of their colleagues. She eventually understood, apologised, and ended the call. In general, the reception staff did not seem particularly friendly or attentive, and this unfortunately brought our overall experience down quite a bit.

Spacious apartment is well equipped, beds are comfortable, Location is good - 5 min walk to the center. Reception staff was helpful allowing us to store our luggage after check out.

Refrigerator is noisy, so you have to switch it off , if you want to sleep. There is no information how shower works, I was not able to use it. Apartment is located in the old building, corridors towards the entrance of the apartment looked not so welcoming.
