About this house rental
Just a few minutes from the beaches and the famous La Corniche restaurant, this two-story family home sits on a fully fenced, landscaped, tree-lined garden (1,600 m²) that’s secluded, bright, and peaceful. It’s located just a minute’s walk from the dune.
Day or night, the garden is a true haven, offering unforgettable moments of relaxation.
The home is spread over two levels.
Upstairs, you’ll find a beautiful living area with a fireplace, a dining area, and a semi-open kitchen. The entire space opens directly onto the garden and the pool. There are also two master bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet.
On the garden level, you’ll find a master suite with its own shower room and toilet, as well as private access to the garden. (This room can be accessed from the garden or by walking through the small bedroom.)
- a small bedroom with a 140x200 bed,
- a dorm-style bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and two bunk beds, featuring an adjoining bathroom with a shower and bathtub, two shower rooms,
a separate toilet, and a laundry room.
Each bedroom has its own private access to the garden.
There is also a uniquely charming pergola measuring over 40 m² where you’ll enjoy entertaining guests.
Garden lighting; heated pool from April to October (10 x 5). Ping-pong table.
Garage space inside the house for two cars, and plenty of room to park in front of the house.
Cleaning fee of 280 euros.

Four couples have had a lovely stay for a few days. The villa had almost everything needed but the garden areas need attention. The garfen furniture was not very comfortable. There were no fans or aircon in the villa so was very hot. However the owners were lovely to deal with and the location was superb for our needs. Unfortunately the roads were all dug up and workman woke us up early and there were no pathways to walk. A heads up would have been nice. All in all we had a lovely stay but would be better with a bit of a refurb.

An old house with character, beautiful art in an location close to the dune of Pylar. We especially enjoyed the light color, the atmosphere, the pool and the big lawn with possibility to make Barbecue, play table Tennis or just relax.
