A security deposit of €2190 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.

- The heating system operating schedule is controlled by the building management
- The cooling system operating schedule is controlled by the building management

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months at the end of 2022 and we couldn't have been more pleased with the apartment and the living experience. It was perfect set up for us to live and work: very clean, great wifi for our zoom calls, nice furniture, well stocked kitchen supplies for weekday cooking, comfy beds and warms showers. Even with the 2 of us, we appreciated the 2 bathrooms. Blueground was so responsive with the few needs / questions we had. The location in the center of Madrid gave us walking access to so many barrios and sites. The building was secure and we always felt safe going to and from the apartment. We highly recommend this place for short or long-term stays, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
