The open kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, and microwave-oven combination. The living and dining areas are spacious and bright, with enough seating for everyone. The apartment has two bedrooms and one modern bathroom complete with a shower and screen. The balcony doors and windows are new, including electric roller shutters to reduce noise and light, and air conditioning and heating units in each space.

It is mandatory to take out the trash regularly and prevent it from accumulating in the apartment during your stay.

Great location for access to galleries and sites. Clean, comfortable, adequately-equipped apartment. Smooth handover of keys by host on arrival. Lot of noise from the street at night.

If you love Madrid and its hustle and bustle, late night bars and great food - this apartment is for you!! It is so conveniently located to transportation all around the city and you can walk to all the great neighborhoods from this location. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive to any questions we had and check/checkout was easy.
