Excellent location and panoramic views. Was a very quiet and relaxing place just what was required to get away from work life .. host and hostess were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Perfect place for holiday and central for a lot of other places we visited daily. Will definitely be back ❤️🙂

Fabulous views and location

Loved the ever changing view from the living room window. The house is in a beautiful, very quiet location and is really well equipped with everything you need. The sheep and the lambs in the nearby field kept us entertained. The hosts are lovely people. Ample parking for our 3 cars and close to the towns of Glenties and Dungloe as well as the beautiful Nairn and Doohey beaches. Loved our stay in Jack's House.

An amazing place for holidays with family or friends, a home away from home

This is the perfect holiday house, feeling at home away from home. All the amenities you need for a longer stay are available, including dish washer and a washing machine, a microwave, an oven and four cobs, as well as all cooking pans, dishes, glasses, caps etc. There is also BBQ at the property. The view is to die for, so amazing. The house itself, as well as all the rooms are specious and everything is so nice and cozy. It is a good starting point to explore Donegal, and just a 15-20 minute drive from many nice places, including Glenties, Dungloe, Killybegs, Ardara. A bit longer drive brings you to other nice places - Dunfanaghy, Downings on Rossguil peninsula, Fanad peninsula, Letterkenny, Glenveagh national park, Slieve League cliffs, Malin Beg and Glencolumbkille folk village. A lot to do and see, wonderful beaches to go to. We will be back, for sure. This holiday home is highly recommended. Last, but not least. James was the most wonderful host. Leaving you in peace, but always available to give you advice or help with any difficulties you might experience when staying at Jack's house. Living himself in another house, just 100 meters away.

Superb , simply superb. Beautiful house , with some of the best views from a house I've ever seen. Great location for touring around the beautiful county of Donegal. Its pretty much brand new and fitted out to the highest levels . Beds are by far the most comfortable I've stayed in , ever. Would highly , highly reccomend you plan your stay here , if its available. Because its normally not , and thats for a reason.

Best holiday location in Donegal.

I brought my granddaughter and family and we couldn't ask for a better house, location, lots to see at a short drive. Our hosts were exceptional. We were welcomed and looked after during our stay. I would recommend this property for not only the exceptional views but that home away from home feeling. Loved ever second. People start booking, you will NOT be disappointed!!

We all loved our stay and would like to think we would be back again on another holiday.

House is situated on a lovely quiet country road, safe for children to ride their bicycles up and down road outside House. Very friendly and helpful host. Spectacular views from kitchen/ living area over sea lough, lovely place to watch the tide going in and out. The house itself was very comfortable and has a really well equipped kitchen. It was only a short drive from several beaches and has a great cycle path nearby running along the N56. Thanks to James and his wife for providing such a great house.
