The location and short walking distance to the beach.
The garden hose leaked and had holes, and was in need to be replaced. The outside shower was also in need of being repaired to add a shower head.

Very quiet with good walking areas.
Plenty of room.
The beds weren’t very comfortable and the downstairs twin beds had broken slats and made a lot of noise every time you moved during the night.
