Highly recommend this studio with a beautiful sea view

Beautiful studio with great views and convenient location. Excellent communication with host. Clear instructions for remote entry. Host was able to provide underground paid parking. Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed.

The studio is brand new, perfectly equipped and decorated with great attention for details. Best thing to mention is the host of this studio, who really goes through great lengths to accommodate his guests in the best possible ways, without being obtrusive.

La vue du studio est imprenable. Le studio était top et la literie très confortable. Rien ne manquait. Cerise sur le gâteau , des hôtes formidables et que dire des petites intentions à l'arrivée :) N'hésitez pas à vous y rendre :)

Mooie studio met zeezicht

De verhuurder is een heel sympathieke man die snel reageert en flexibel is. De studio zelf is ook top, gelegen op de zevende verdieping van Royal Ascot, vlak naast Kinepolis. Bij aankomst stonden twee flessen water en een fles rosé in de koelkast. Ook de verwarming stond aan. Goede WiFi, comfortabele badkamer en keuken, uitstekend bed. Er is zeezicht!

Ein schönes Wochenende in Ostende..

Wir besuchten den Sea Shelter im Oktober für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Ganz bewusst in dieser Lage. Hochhaus, 7. Stock, Blick aufs Meer, hindurch zwischen einer Lücke der Häuser davor. Strassenbahn in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. 2 Stationen bis zur Fußgängerzone. Das Haus wurde 1977 gebaut, aber es wurde auch modernisiert. Moderner Lift, in der Wohnung Fußbodenheizung, neuer Fliesenboden, moderne Küche, Induktonsherd, kombinertes Mikrowellen/Backofengerät, Geschirspüler. Für uns als Paar war die Wohnung komfortabel. Für eine Familie, 2 Personen auf dem Klappsofa, finden wir das allerdings sportlich.. Die Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen. Hervorzuheben ist die sorgfältige Einweisung durch den Vermieter.

Zeer homy studio waar je je direct thuis voelt

De vibe in de studio, compact maar door het zeezicht en de inrichting een heel ruim gevoel. Overal heb je het zeer mooie uitzicht op zee. Grootte terras met aangename zitjes.

Hoorbaarheid buren wanneer ramen open staan (je wil ten slotte de zeelucht binnenlaten) en op het terras.

Tolle saubere Unterkunft mit einem tollen Gastgeber

Mark hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns viele Sachen auf der Karte gezeigt die wir erkunden können. Die Unterkunft war SEHR sauber. Es war ALLES vorhanden. Die Betten lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Direkte Anbindung zur der Bahn und ein tolles Ausblick aus der Unterkunft.

In den Tagen des Aufenthaltes war es sehr warm. Mit einem offenen Fenster war es nicht möglich zu schlafen und eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden.

Fantastisch, de locatie, de studio zelf... een aanrader !

Mark en Francesca doen al het mogelijke om je wensen in te vullen ! Er zijn extra's zoals beddengoed en handdoeken + je krijgt een fles wijn, een fles bruisend water en mineraal water. Er is koffie en thee beschikbaar. Ook is er meer dan voldoende materiaal om zelf te koken... in de badkamer is er voldoende wc papier, een haardroger, shampoo en zeep in de douche, kortom, aan alles is gedacht ! Je hoeft niets extra te kopen of mee te brengen ! De locatie is perfect, uit de buurt van het drukke centrum maar op wandelafstand of via de tram ( haltes verder) die voor de deur stopt ! Mét zeezicht en ideaal dat je op een minder toeristisch gedeelte van het strand zit dus minder druk wat het extra leuk maakt !

Immer wieder werden wir dort buchen!

Es liegt sehr Zentral! Blick auf das Meer und die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal dort und werden es nochmal buchen!

Vom Aufzug zur Türe der Wohnung staut sich die Luft da es keine Fenster ect. Gute Belüftung fehlt!

Gaan ontbijten zijn we bij expo kafie! Een aanrader, hoor! Het appartement is altijd tiptop schoon en in orde. En het uitzicht op zee is heel leuk! We worden steeds heel hartelijk ontvangen door de gastheer. We hadden weer een heerlijk paar dagen XXX
