Ostend fabulous between Christmas and New Year

Spacious living area. Well equipped kitchen. We stayed in December and the apartment was warm. Right next to the beach and nearby restaurants. Five minutes drive from a supermarket. Or ten minutes walk. It’s a 40 minute walk to the marina and Christmas markets. Ostend is fabulous between Christmas and New Year. The beach is great for walking and running.

The lift was very small so a bit restrictive for a family as the apartment is on floor five. Plus the toilet is also small for anyone tall to use. The bedding could be better as it felt a bit old. We were glad we brought our own pillows.

Only down side was having to take our rubbish down the street to put in a bin that had to be paid for

Almost perfect beach vacation.

This property was right next to the beach, a restaurant, and a grocery store. Free parking was close by. It didn't seem like a touristy area of the beach so it wasn't crowded. The apartment had toys and games for kiddos.

There were major renovations on-going outside the property. The attached building next door was being destroyed. As a result, they was lots of noise and the building was shaking. Once this is complete, the location would be perfect.

Would recommend to everyone

Turned up in Ostend and after a quick phone was met for the key handover. This was quick and easy, and I couldnt have been happier. The apartment itself is amazing, it has lots of room and is well equipped. It has everything you could possibly need whilst on holiday. Location was perfect, with beach front views and a 2 second walk to the sand. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Brilliant host, excellent facilities and perfect location

Mits aanvaarden van liftprobleem, aangenaam verblijf.

Ligging !

Lift bouwjaar 1961 met weliswaar extra IR gordijn ondertussen toegevoegd maar té klein voor huidige standaard. Valt echter niet veel aan te doen in een gebouw met 14 appartementen beseffen we. Eigenaars renoveerden wel op prima wijze hun appartement en alle accomodatie die werd aangeboden was beschikbaar en in perfecte staat.

Gezinsuitstap naar zee

De ligging van het appartement en de mogelijkheid om te parkeren. Je kan de zee zien vanuit het appartement. Bij problemen wordt er meteen gereageerd en wordt meteen een oplossing aangeboden. 10/10 daarvoor!

Superbe appartement . On s’y sent tous de suite très bien. Super vue sur mer. Petits jouets pour enfants, mon fils en était ravi 😍 Équipe de 2 chaises pour enfants, d’un lit bébé. Tout est fait pour qu’une famille s’y sente très bien. Nous avons tous les 3 passés de très bon moments en famille. L’hôte a pris de le temps de nous contacter pour savoir qu’est ce qu’elle devait préparer pour notre arrivée. Literie, fauteuil très confortable… Bref, nous avons déjà regardé si l’établissement proposais d’autres disponibilités, car nous aimerions revenir 😃.

Voor herhaling vatbaar.

De ruimte van het appartement, de tv met alle mogelijke zenders en netflix, de vele gezelschapspelletjes aanwezig in het appartement, handdoeken, opgemaakte bedden... Het contact met de eigenaars, de ligging (rustig en toch dichtbij het centrum van zowel Oostende als Mariakerke)...

De piepende toiletdeur zal eens moeten gesmeerd worden en voor mij persoonlijk was de matras in de kinderkamer te hard (maar dat is afhankelijk van eigen voorkeur.)
