Welcome to Highview!
Nestled on Quahog Bay is this accommodating waterfront home. While sipping your coffee overlooking unobstructed easterly views you can admire exceptional morning sunrises. You can enjoy fishing and boating from your spacious dock, or a sunny afternoon on the deck with family and friends. You and your guests will enjoy watching lobster boats passing by, ospreys flying overhead, as well as the entire authentic coastal Maine setting.
The interior is open, bright, and has comfortable furniture to make your vacation even more enjoyable. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, warm sun room, and an open dining room/ living room area with sliding glass doors out to the large deck. The first floor also has a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Enjoy the living room with amenities such as games, a DVD player, Roku TV, and a stereo system. The living room has sliding glass doors to allow lots of natural sunlight along with easy access to the deck.
Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a king size bed as well as its own attached full ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and a loft with a queen bed. The owners have put shades up along the loft to make it more private as there is no door to the room. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to allow for air circulation during warm summer nights.
Highview is conveniently located on the water and only 6 miles from the town of Brunswick with shopping and restaurants. On the roadside (front) of the house, there is a lovely fenced-in patio for you to enjoy. The deck on the waterside spans the entire length of the house. If you wish to be even closer to the ocean, there is a large dock that sits right on the water. The dock has a ladder for easy access.
Afraid of power outages on your vacation? There is an automatic generator that powers the whole house in case anything may go wrong.

The house was comfortable for three adults and extremely well outfitted. What we liked best is the closeness to the water, whether we were sitting outside on the deck or inside on a couch gazing out through huge windows. We will return!

We had a wonderful week at High View! The house was very comfortable and offered everything you would ever need! We very much enjoyed the gorgeous view and loved the floating dock!The check in and check out process was super easy!We will be back!

Such a wonderful place to stay! Lots of windows looking out to the water and a beautiful deck over looking the water. All the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. It was super clean. Great location with easy access to the interstate to visit nearby towns. Would stay again.

We stayed for graduation weekend and the house was perfect--lots of space, conveniently located near Brunswick, and very comfortable. The one bedroom that has a balcony (instead of a fourth wall) has an amazing view and great light. The screening for privacy made the space work as a third bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and the washer and dryer were very convenient on our second to last day. Our daughters even used the dock for a polar plunge (as it was May and still cold), but in the summer it would be lovely for swimming.
