Set on two thoughtfully designed levels, Orion's welcomes you with its bright nautical décor and classic Maine cottage charm. Enter on the upper floor, where all three bedrooms are located—making nighttime routines and early mornings convenient and cozy for everyone.
Down the hall to the left, the first bedroom includes two twin beds, an ideal space for children or additional guests. At the end of the hall, the primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a new 32" flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and stunning views of Quahog Bay, allowing you to wake up to the sight of the ocean shimmering below. The third bedroom, located next to the primary, includes a queen-size bed plus a twin bunk bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. This upper level also features a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the added convenience of an in-house washer and dryer.
Head downstairs and you'll find yourself in the welcoming open concept living and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up your favorite lobster dinner or a hearty Maine breakfast. The dining room opens to expansive views of the bay, so every meal comes with a side of ocean scenery.

The house was great. Exactly as advertised and perfect for us. What we weren't aware of was right next to us was a little working public access spot. Only about 3 lobstermen and women would come down there, but it would add tremendous fun to our stay to watch their process and see them heading out to trawl for small fish or to go check or place their lobster pots. We watched 17 ducks float from one dock to the next, we watched sunrises and sun/weather change the gorgeous view hourly. The neighbor Ned was lovely. Met a little family that would come down and sail or have their dog play in the water. The whole place was perfect for us to just plop, play some board games, watch nature, relax and enjoy the beauty of the water view. No AC means the windows are open...some of the lobstermen work early, but I wouldn't let this hold me back. The whole thing was great. Beds comfy, kitchen stocked. place had all we needed. The trees gave some lovely morning shade. Inspiring views all around. Thank you!!!

Beautiful house Great location very clean well stocked with utensils and appliances. Good restaurants nearby, the only thing that would’ve made it better would’ve been a personal butler.

Wonderful stay in the fall! Good friends, plenty of room for 4 women. Great Kitchen, great deck and dock. Due to time of year no swimming. Had a rainy day but no issues.
Only comment is that in the listing the limited parking. (2) cars was not listed on VBRO. Able to adjust the situation with assistance. Thanks so much to the owner and the management company. So peaceful in October.

This is a spacious, well appointed and tastefully decorated home in a lovely location on the water. The neighborhood is, overall very quiet. The only exception is that immediately adjacent to the house is a public access to the water where a couple of lobsterman park and head out to their boats at around 4:30 am many mornings. The only noise they make involves pulling up and then starting the boat engines. They are very respectful in terms of not making any unnecessary noise. Also, the front two bedrooms do not have any upper window coverings and have skylights so you get the early morning sun facing east right into the room. Our only other complaint would be that there seemed to be quite a bit of dust, probably in the comforters too, in the master bedroom, kicking off our dust allergies. We can highly recommend booking here if the noise/light and dust issues won't be too bothersome for you. It is a gorgeous home and location.
