About this house rental
This beautiful single family house is completely renovated 2022, all new electrical, LEDs, brand new recessed lighting cross through, all dimmer-able. All kitchen appliances are newly purchased 2022, new cabinets and beautiful quartz counter top!
It is located on a highly sought-after neighborhood, it is just few minutes walk to Woodside Elementary School, 3 minutes drive to downtown Brunswick and everything is around less than 5 minutes drive. The neighborhood is a great safe loop, neighbors come to have a perfect loop walk. It is also only 10 minutes to Bath, 15 minutes to Freeport and 30 minutes to Portland.
Right now we have two of the bedrooms set up with 2 king size beds and mattress, 1 bedroom set as an office, and left 1 bedroom empty. We add a third king size bed in the third bedroom leaving 4th an office or as unfurnished.
We also built a large work desk and cabinet in the garage with perfect lighting for engineering work.
