La situation géographique, proche de la plage et du centre ville et du village de Noël qui était magnifique.
Il manquait un canapé pour regarder la télé. La robinetterie de la douche est à refaire. L appartement était difficile à chauffer à cause de la hauteur du plafond pour la mezzanine.

L'emplacement
Le manque d'honnêteté du propriétaire. Il était indiqué dans l'annonce que les serviettes étaient fournies sauf qu'à notre arrivée une seule serviette... Malgré mes demandes répétées, il ne nous en a été fourni aucune supplémentaire (pourtant 2 enfants dont une en bas âge...), de plus, une cafetière devait être sur place mais n'y était plus à notre arrivée... La chaleur étouffante à l'étage, la saleté du sol.
