– HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We don’t provide extra towels and don’t provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.
*As per Florida Law, we are not allowed to leave food items in the house for guests.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- $90 - each clogged toilet.
- $500 - smoking (inside and outside).
- $100 - each moved furniture.
- $350 - frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72°F).
- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.
*We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.
*Games in the game room may be under maintenance and are not refundable, since they are free for guests.

Our stay was amazing! This townhouse is very spacious, clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed all of the amenities at the clubhouse especially the jacuzzi ! Overall I would rate this home a 9 out of 10. 🤩 The only downfall is that the king size bed needs a more comfortable mattress for sure. It takes away from the luxury of this home. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to visit.❤️

The house was perfect for our family vacation to disney world. The pool on the patio was wast the best for relaxing after being in the heat all day

It was an easy process for checking in. The neighborhood was very nice and clean plus it was gated. The house itself was nice with improvement needed. We weren’t able to use the pool due to bird’s feces. I message the host on first night to see if we could clean or how to clean there was not response. Second day I messaged the host again and they stated they are unable to have someone out to clean. It was disappointing since my family did look forward to swim. The blankets and bed sheets can used some more bleach. The remote does not work well. Overall it was a good experience
